BUILDING
Existing layouts of buildings are accurately measured for production of as built drawings to enable economic design to be carried out by the Client during refurbishment or alterations to internal arrangements.

CONFINED SPACES
Specifically trained surveyors for entry into confined spaces are available to undertake surveys of tanks, chambers, silos, culverts etc which require safety personnel to meet with Health and Safety directives for such work.

LAND & TOPOGRAPHICAL
Using automatic levels, E.D.M.'s and dataloggers site surveys are accurately carried out with a minimum of delay providing data to the Client in a wide range of formats. Drawings are supplied as AutoCAD DXF or DWG files for use by other professional bodies in their design procedures.

PHOTOGRAPHIC
Colour photographic surveys are carried out to record existing conditions of buildings, land or equipment to enable monitoring of defects or enabling claims for damages to be made. Presentation of results is made as hardcopy and CD images for use by the Client on their own computer systems.

STRUCTURAL
Condition surveys of structural elements of buildings are carried out by Chartered Engineers to provide an assessment of structural failings and measures required for the stabilising of the structure.

SEWERS & MANHOLES
Professionally trained personnel with correct protective and safety equipment are used for the survey and inspection of sewers and manholes of any size, location, and depth. This `nuisance' type survey is carried out with a professional approach in order to provide the Client with concise, accurate and meaningful results of areas not normally accessible during routine observations.

TUNNELS & BRIDGES
Condition surveys are carried out normally out of hours to enable comprehensive investigations to be carried out without affecting the normal everyday use by plant and equipment.

BUILDING
Detailed design for projects including repairs and renewals, refurbishment, underpinning of foundations and repairs to subsidence and settlement. Production of drawings and design for extensions and alterations together with budget costings of alternative solutions.

CIVIL ENGINEERING
Design of schemes for all aspects of civil engineering allied if necessary with building and/or structural alterations. Applications include foundations, reinforced concrete, temporary works, highway and car parks, duct work and excavations.

PUBLIC HEALTH
Design of all aspects of effluent handling and treatment, including drainage and sewerage design, sewage treatment of wastes or connection to existing public sewerage systems.

Applications include gravity or pumped drainage, pumping stations, package treatment works and rehabilitation of existing systems.

STRUCTURAL
Design of structural elements of projects for buildings, foundations, tunnels, industrial warehouses, housing development and improvements.
